Heart recently launched their Royal Flush tour, and they’ve already announced plans for their next trek.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Famers just revealed dates for the new tour, An Evening With Heart, which will have the band performing two sets each night. The tour kicks off May 31 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and wraps June 28 in Hollywood, Florida.

An artist presale launches Wednesday at 10 a.m., with tickets going on sale to the general public Friday at 10 a.m.

Heart launched their Royal Flush tour, with special guest Cheap Trick, on Feb. 28 in Las Vegas. The tour was originally supposed to happen in 2024, but was postponed after Ann Wilson announced she was diagnosed with cancer.

In September Wilson shared on social media that she was doing fine after treatment, noting that the “worst is over.”

The tour hits Sacramento, California, on Tuesday. A complete list of dates can be found at heart-music.com.

Green Day is once again taking a shot at the Donald Trump administration with a lyric change.

During the band’s show in Melbourne on Saturday, Billie Joe Armstrong sang the line from “Jesus of Suburbia” as “Am I r*****ed, or am I just JD Vance?”, referring to the vice president.

Previously, Armstrong altered the words to “American Idiot” during live performances to “I’m not part of the Elon [Musk] agenda” and “I’m not part of a MAGA agenda.”

Green Day played Melbourne as part of their tour of Australia, which, as previously reported, has been cut short by a day due to a tropical cyclone dubbed Cyclone Alfred.

The late Joe Cocker has been nominated for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame this year, and Beatle legend Paul McCartney is doing what he can to see that he gets in.

McCartney, a two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Famer himself, has released a letter backing Cocker for induction.

“Joe was a great man and a fine singer whose unique style made for some fantastic performances,” McCartney writes in the letter addressed to “Dear Rock and Rollers.” “He sang one of our songs ‘With a Little Help from My Friends,’ a version produced by Denny Cordell, which was very imaginative.”

“And whilst he may not have ever lobbied to be in the Hall of Fame, I know he would be extremely happy and grateful to find himself where he deserves to be amongst such illustrious company,” McCartney added.

Cocker, who passed away in 2014, has been eligible for the Rock Hall since 1989, and this is his first ever nomination.

In addition to his cover of The Beatles’ “With a Little Help From My Friends,” which was used as the theme for the series The Wonder Years, Cocker is known for his cover of “You Are So Beautiful to Me,” written by Billy Preston, and “Feelin’ Alright,” written by Dave Mason. He also sang on the #1 hit “Up Where We Belong,” with Jennifer Warnes. The tune, from the movie An Officer and a Gentleman, won a Grammy, Academy Award and a Golden Globe.

Fan voting for the Hall of Fame is open now and inductees will be announced in April. The 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction is set to take place in Los Angeles this fall, although an exact date has yet to be announced.

Keith Richards is set to be honored by the state of Connecticut.

Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont announced that The Rolling Stones guitarist will be honored as the first recipient of the Connecticut Governor’s Award of Excellence; he is being recognized for his “deep commitment to supporting the local community.”

The award is described as “a prestigious new honor celebrating Connecticut residents who epitomize the state’s core values of creativity, resourcefulness, passion, dynamism, and generosity.”

“Connecticut has long been home to some of the world’s most innovative minds, boldest artists, and most generous hearts,” Lamont said. “This award was created to honor those whose creativity, resourcefulness, and passion have made a lasting impact on our state and beyond.”

He adds, “Keith Richards is the epitome of these values — not only as one of the most influential musicians of all time but as a dedicated supporter of the arts, education, and community causes right here in Connecticut.”

Richards, a Connecticut resident since 1985, will be presented with his honor, which comes with a custom medallion and a key to the state, on Wednesday at 4 p.m. ET at The Westport Library.

“When you are growing up there are two institutional places that affect you most powerfully: the church, which belongs to God, and the public library, which belongs to you,” Richards said. “The public library is the great equalizer.”
