1…Geneseo Wing Fest, Sat Sep 21 from 12-3pm on Main and Center Streets. Restaurants will compete for ‘best wings in the valley’. Also chicken wing eating contest, live music, beer tent, lots of fall fun and more. Tickets $15 at the gate. Proceeds benefit the ‘Save the Wall project’.
2…Naples Grape Festival, Sat & Sun, Sep 21 & 22 from 10-5 on the Naples High School grounds and Memorial Town Hall. Showcasing the finest artisans of the Finger Lakes, local and regional musical artists and bands performing an assortment of rock, blues, jazz, and original music. Wide variety of food vendors, winemakers, grape pie contest.
3…Spaghetti Dinner & Music Jam, Thur Sep 26 at Webster’s Crossing United Methodist Church. Dinner 4:30-7p followed by music jam. Pay by donation.
4…Open Mic Performing Arts series, Fri Sep 27 at 6:30p at Dansville ArtWorks, 153 Main St, featuring George Hochbrueckner. Family-friendly performances, light refreshments provided, donations appreciated. Fun free night of family entertainment.
5…Turkey Supper, Sat Sep 28 from 4:30 til gone at the North Cohocton Methodist Church, 10 University Ave. Adults $10, children under 12 $3.50, preschoolers free.

7…Bath Fall Harvest Festival, Sat & Sun Sep 28 & 29 at Steuben County Fairgrounds, 15 E Washington St from 10a-5p. Arts & Crafts, food trucks, cornhole tournament, cowpie bingo, music & much more. Free admission & free parking.
8…Author’s Meet & Greet, Sat Sep 28 from 11a-1p at the Dansville Public Library, 200 Main St. Several local authors will be presenting and meeting with the public to sign books, share writing experiences and answer your questions. Refreshments are available.
9…Helping Communities Outreach – Clothes available for all ages. Gently used and new clothing and footwear for all your back to school needs. Everyone welcome. Open every Wednesday & Thursday from 10a-2p at 36 N Main St, Wayland.
10…Save the Wall Volunteers – Join other volunteers from 9a-noon each Saturday from now until the end of September to help restore a piece of history. The gateway to the community along 20A in Geneseo bordering the Wadsworth Estate. No experience necessary and new volunteers are welcome. Donations of refreshments and beverages appreciated.
11…Donations needed for the Springwater Community Food Pantry. Canned vegetables, sauces, canned chicken, tuna, spices, condiments, dressings, peanut butter, pasta, personal items, laundry & cleaning supplies. Donate at 8148 C South Main St, Springwater.
12…Dansville Farmer’s Market – support your local growers & producers. Open every Friday from 11a-4:30p on Maple Street until Oct 4. Plants, flowers, baskets, beef jerky & snacks, homemade baked goods, eggs, crafts & much more. Everything is locally grown and produced. WIC and Senior Nutrition and EBT accepted.
