Courtesy of Roger HodgsonFormer Supertramp frontman Roger Hodgson will kick off a lengthy 2018 tour next week with a run of June dates in Europe, which he’ll follow with a North American summer leg that gets underway July 13 in Philadelphia.

Hodgson’s North American summer itinerary runs through a July 28 concert in Snoqualmie, Washington, and also includes stops in Maryland; New Jersey; Quebec, Canada; and California.

Roger, who wrote and sang such classic Supertramp tunes as “Give a Little Bit,” “The Logical Song,” “Take the Long Way Home” and “Breakfast in America,” will then return to Europe for a series of late-summer concerts that’ll mostly take place in Germany.

The fall will see Hodgson play even more shows in the U.S. and Canada — his dates run from an October 26 gig in Quebec City through a November 18 concert in Vancouver, Canada. During the fall outing, Hodgson will be accompanied by an orchestra at a November 2-3 engagement in Rama, Canada, and a four-night November 6-9 stand in Milwaukee.

In a short video posted on his YouTube channel, Hodgson says, “I just want to let you know how excited I am about the upcoming tour…I really feel I have the best fans in the world and you mean a lot to me…I’m so looking forward to taking you on another magical musical journey.”

Roger also asks fans who have an experience from one of his shows that they’d like to share to leave a comment on the YouTube page.
