Courtesy of Chipster PRStar-studded hard-rock band The Dead Daisies have lined up a late-summer tour of North America in support of their latest album Burn It Down.

The trek gets underway August 15 at the Agora Ballroom in Cleveland and winds down with a September 16 concert at the famed Sunset Strip venue The Roxy in West Hollywood, California.

The current Dead Daisies lineup features its founder, David Lowy, along with one-time Motley Crue singer John Corabi, former Whitesnake and Dio guitarist Doug Aldrich, ex-Whitesnake and Thin Lizzy bassist Marco Mendoza and former Journey drummer Deen Castronovo.

Burn It Down is made up mainly of original tunes, but it also includes a cover of the Rolling Stones classic “Bitch.” Deluxe editions of the album feature a cover of The Beatles‘ “Revolution” as a bonus track.

Joining The Dead Daisies as special guest on their North American trek will be longtime Guns N’ Roses keyboardist Dizzy Reed and his side project, Hookers & Blow, which also features Quiet Riot guitarist Alex Grossi and, for this tour, bassist Robbie Crane of the Thin Lizzy spinoff group Black Star Riders and ex-W.A.S.P. drummer Mike Dupke.

In February, Reed released his first solo album, Rock & Roll Ain’t Easy, which includes contributions from members of GN’R, No Doubt, Quiet Riot, W.A.S.P., The Psychedelic Furs and Thin Lizzy.

Prior to the North American trek, The Dead Daisies will be touring Japan and Europe. Visit to check out their full itinerary.
